DTM Leaders is entering its second year. Our goal is to continue challenging ourselves to grow through setting and achieving new goals while maintaining an environment that is both stimulating and enjoyable.

We are an Advanced Club in Toastmasters International that focuses on providing leadership and communications development opportunities beyond those available in our home clubs.

In addition to giving our members the opportunity to develop and improve their public speaking abilities through local club meetings, training seminars and speech contests, we make additional opportunities available by working in support of Districts.

Experienced professionals and those aspiring to be professional speakers alike can benefit from joining our group of seasoned leaders and communicators. Whether you're speaking to the board of directors, your customers, or seminar participants, the DTM Leaders Toastmasters club can help you do it better. You'll learn and practice in a friendly, comfortable environment with people who are there for the same reason you are—to become better communicators and leaders.

At DTM Leaders Toastmasters, members learn by speaking to groups and working with others in a supportive environment. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice advanced skills by presenting modules and working on pieces of longer presentations. Outside of meetings, members may support Districts by presenting sessions at the Toastmasters Leadership Institute, or in other roles.
